AqualiftTM gel is produced at the infusion line of the Lugansk pharmaceutical plant “Pharmatsia”. Modern technology and conditions of AqualiftTM production allow receiving high quality product that responds to all requirements of the quality system. The plant special integrated systems produce purified and injection water, physiological solution, each production stage is controlled as to main quality indices. Only limited number of specially trained personnel is engaged in clean zones. High-grade materials from famous world-wide companies are used in production of AqualiftTM. Packing, sterile materials, machines and mechanisms respond to all requirements of European pharmacopeia.
Each lot of Aqualift undergoes control according to normative-technical and analytic documentation. The incoming raw materials are also controlled. Quality control department has accredited chemical, microbiological laboratories provided with modern equipment. Quality Certificate is issued after all tests and analyses are performed. For the first time in practice of gel production a new polyvinylchloride packing is used for storing and transportation of large volumes of the product, which is more advanced compared to glass packing:
