National Medical Technologies Center and SRMC Medicap are interested in partnership and promotion of advanced technologies in the world market. In search of partnership we take into account experience of the Distributors in this field. Exclusive rights for distribution of Aqualift^TM on the territory of Distributor will be granted on the following conditions:

Qualified structure of distribution.
Distributor promotes not only the product, but also the service that our product is meant for. High professionalism is principal condition of our cooperation. Distributor, together with our specialists, practices training of physicians in respective region.
Complete cover of the region of distribution.
Up-to-date marketing strategy and distribution system.
The Parties coordinate minimal quantity of the product to sell, determine price policy, based on the principle that Aqualift^TM is the de luxe implant on the initial stage of market formation.

Indispensable conditions of our cooperation shall be the following requirements:

Application of Aqualift^TM must be conducted only in specialized medical institutions and centers.
Application of Aqualift^TM should be performed only by doctors-specialists with relative experience and after special training in injection technique of Aqualift^TM.
Authorization of Aqualift^TM product on the territory of Distributor.
