Prospect of AQUALIFT application in low-invasive breastplasty
Appearance of Aqualift has opened new prospects for low-invasive augmentative breastplasty. The obtained results have shown:
Easy and short post-operative period, no preventive antibiotic therapy is required

Development of materials and methods of breastplasty.
First breast enlargement by surgical means with good esthetic result was done by V.Czerni in 1895, who after excision of breast fibroadenoma has replaced the tissue defect by autotranspantate from gluteal region. In 1889 Gersuny first used liquid paraffin as cell filler and then for breast enlargement. After the operation in the place of injection redness, granulomas and fistulas appeared.
Mammaplasty by free adipose, skin-fat grafts was initiated by Neuber in the beginning of ?? century, then Lexer E.1925; Passot R.,1930; Maliniac J.W.1953; Longacre J.J.1959. But adipose grafts did not find wide application because of dissolvency and scar formation (Bames O.,1950).
